Our vegan version of the traditional Vietnamese delicacy bo tai chanh (lime beef carpaccio) is made of thinly sliced king mushrooms, marinated in our house made spicy garlic lime sauce, tossed in toasted sesame seeds, fried shallots, fresh herbs and sweet caramelized onions. Finished with a light vegan phish sauce dressing. Served with fried rice crackers.
